Feteasca Neagra (which means "Black Maiden") is an indigenous Moldovan varietal that has deep red and ruby coloration, which infuses a rich and complex body with a flavour reminiscent of black currents. It is a well-balanced, dry red with a fine plum flavour, suitable for aging.
It is a perfect companion for roasted or grilled red meat, goose, lamb, pasta, mussels, cheese and dark chocolate.
Serve at about 16° Celsius
