Rose (Feteasca Neagra), 2015

Minis Terrios Rose 2015 is a charming wine with an expressive taste. It is the only rose wine in Moldova, and most likely in the entire world, made from an indigenous Moldovan varietal Feteasca Neagra (which translates as "Black Maiden").

In the nose one can feel fruity aromas of cherries, red currant and freshly cut watermelon.In the mouth the wine feels balanced, with hints of sweet strawberry and raspberry and a refreshing acidity. The aftertaste is smooth and fruity, reminiscent of pink grapefruit and strawberries. It plays well with Prosciutto wrapped melon, mediterranean recipes with shrimp, or white meet.

Serve chilled, at about 8 degrees Celsius.
