The Cricova Winery, founded in 1952, has the second largest wine cellar in the world (also known as the Cricova Underground City) and has been involved in producing Sparkling wine since the beginning.
Crisecco is a wine produced using the Charmat Method (like Prosecco).
This wine exhibits a shiny pale lemon colour, with creamy and persistent mousse richness. Full of floral notes with hints of peach, apple, pear, and crisp accents of citrus fruits, along with a silky texture and lingering finish.
Serve chilled, at about 8 degrees Celsius.
