The 2014 Carpe Diem Feteasca Alba is made from an indigenous Moldovan varietal Feteasca Alba (which means "White Maiden").
The bouquet reminds of wild flowers and fresh grass and citrus, the taste is very well balanced and fresh with notes of green apple, lime, apricots and gooseberry, leaving a refreshing aftertaste.
A great aperitif that can also be served with fresh vegetables, salads, seafood, freshwater fish, white meat and semi-soft cheeses.
Serve chilled, at about 8 degrees Celsius.
